Describe your leadership style:
I lead my team through engagement. People show up each day to do something that matters, to use their strengths, and to make a difference. Ensuring that a team has fully engaged and well-served employees is the strongest way to encourage the best results for both internal and external clients.
What do you love about working at Edgio?
The focus on values and culture over process and rules! There is always an appetite for creative solutions and trying something new.
What excites you about the future?
The work we do in the world we live in gets more important to our clients and bigger every day.
Share a fun fact about yourself or something you enjoy doing outside of work.
I love to cook! Working from home has given me a lot of opportunities to keep an eye on long BBQ projects.
